FALL CONFERENCE SPEAKER AND EVENT SPONSORS The following Speaker and Event Sponsors will be recognized in the conference presentation, as well as announced during the conference. In order to streamline your sponsorship opportunities and to position your company to get the most outreach for your marketing investment, SDES has introduced Annual Partnership Packages. The Partnership Packages are as follows: ¨ Logo/Business Card on the SDES website’s homepage banner ¨ Business Card Sized Ad in the SDES quarterly newsletter, The South Dakota Engineer ¨ Recognition as a Silver Partner on the SDES website’s Partner Page, with a link to your website ¨ Recognition as a Silver Partner at the following:

ANNUAL GOLD PARTNERSHIP $1700 — Includes all items in the Silver Partnership Package, plus the following, with recognition as a Gold Partner: ¨ Upgrade to a 1/4 Page Advertisement in the SDES quarterly newsletter, The South Dakota Engineer ¨ Upgrade to a 1/2 Page Advertisement in the Annual Conference Program ¨ An additional Annual Conference Registration (2 Total)
ANNUAL PLATINUM PARTNERSHIP $2400 — (Limit 4 per Year) — Includes all items in the Gold Partnership Package, plus the following, with recognition as a Platinum Partner: ¨ Upgrade to a 1/2 Page Advertisement in the SDES quarterly newsletter, The South Dakota Engineer ¨ Upgrade to a Full-Page Advertisement in the Annual Conference Program, inside front or back cover ¨ An additional Fall Conference Registration (2 Total) ¨ Option to present a 1/2-hour PDH seminar at the Annual Conference. Must be an educational session worthy of .5 PDH with prior approval by the Conference Board. ANNUAL ADVERTISING PACKAGE $450 Includes: ¨ Logo/Business Card on the SDES website’s homepage banner ¨ Business Card Sized Ad in the SDES quarterly newsletter, The South Dakota Engineer ¨ Business Card Sized Ad on the SDES website’s Partner Page ¨ 1/4 Page Advertisement in the Annual Conference Program ANNUAL EASTERN CHAPTER NEWSLETTER SPONSORSHIP The Eastern Chapter sends out an electronic newsletter to all members each month before the chapter meetings. Chapter meetings are typically the second Tuesday of the month running from September through May. Newsletters are distributed to over 200 members of the chapter and are also posted on the SDES website. Revenue generated from advertising is used to support the Chapter’s activities, which include sponsoring scholarships to engineering students from our area and sustaining the MATHCOUNTS competition. MATHCOUNTS is a national program that promotes math education to middle school students by sponsoring team and individual math competitions. This year, there are two options for including your advertisement in the newsletter: ¨ A business card sized ad (roughly 2" high x 3" wide), included in each newsletter for the year (Sept - May), for $75 ¨ A full page ad (roughly 10" high x 7.5" wide), included in one newsletter, for $75. This may be used to announce a new office location, invite members to an open house, celebrate a firm's anniversary or special award, etc. This ad can be in addition to your monthly ad and can be used any time throughout the year. Multiple full-page ads can also be purchased. ANNUAL BLACK HILLS CHAPTER NEWSLETTER SPONSORSHIP The Black Hills Chapter sends out an electronic newsletter to all members each month. Newsletters are distributed to over 120 members of the chapter and are also posted on the SDES website. Contributions from local consultants, contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and other related companies provide vital funding for Black Hills Chapter scholarships, MATHCOUNTS program, and other worthy activities. Newsletter sponsors go from September to May. This year you may include your advertisement in the Black Hills Chapter newsletter in the following format: ¨ A business card sized ad (up to 2 3/4" high x 3 1/2" wide), included in each newsletter for the year (Sept - May), for $75 Register for your sponsor or partnership opportunity via the conference registration portal.
