2025 SDES Eastern Chapter Golf Outing and Scholarship Raffle

Join us for a day of fun and golf at the Brandon Municipal Golf Course! This two-person scramble is open to everyone and is a great opportunity to catch up with your friends and colleagues! In addition to being a great day in the sun, the Annual Golf Outing is the major source of funding for the SDES Eastern Chapter Scholarship Program. Even if you don't golf, you can still support the scholarship fund by sponsoring a hole, joining us for lunch, purchasing a book of raffle tickets, or by making a monetary donation to the scholarship fund. 

To speed check in at the golf course, we request that you make all raffle, meal and golf related purchases online. Please pay online or submit a paper check to the SDES office in Brookings (note our new address below) prior to the golf event.

What you need to know:

• Due to the early start time, we are continuing with the Awards Lunch. A box breakfast is included with your registration and will be available prior to tee off.
• Hole Sponsors: Please purchase your hole sponsorship separately by August 4th, so we have time to make sure your sign is ready to place. Payment must be made in advance of the event for your sponsorship sign to be placed. After purchasing a hole sponsorship, simply return to the registration page to purchase golf, lunch, and/or raffle tickets. 
  
• If you are golfing or joining us for lunch, please register by close of business on August 8th.
• Please purchase your raffle ticket in advance for your chance at phenomenal prizes! We always have amazing raffle prizes (coolers, golf outings, cash prizes, and the like) due to the generosity of our sponsors. Raffle items will be updated on the website as they continue to roll in. You need not be present to win. 
• If you or your firm would like to donate a raffle prize, please contact the SDES office at sdengineeringsociety@gmail.com or 605.951.1004.
• The golf format is a two-person scramble. Flights will be based on handicap scores. 
• The shotgun start will be at 9 a.m.
• The Social Hour will begin at 12:30 p.m. with Lunch to follow at 1:30 p.m.
  
• Everyone leaves with a door prize! Please remember to bring some swag, a gift card, or other fun items to contribute to the fun!
• Door, Pin and Raffle Prizes will be awarded during lunch.
