The Black Hills Chapter sends out an electronic newsletter to all members each month before our chapter meetings. Newsletters are distributed to nearly 100 members of the chapter and are also posted on the SDES website.
Revenue generated from advertising is used to support our Chapter’s activities, which include sponsoring scholarships to engineering students from our area and sustaining the MATHCOUNTS competition. MATHCOUNTS is a national program that promotes math education to middle school students by sponsoring team and individual math competitions.
We currently offer a business card sized ad (roughly 2" high x 3" wide), included in each newsletter for the year (Sept - May), for $75.
