The SDES Golf Outing and Scholarship Raffle Event

Thursday, August 27th!

Join us for a day of fun and golf at the Brandon Municipal Golf Course! This two-person scramble is open to everyone and is a great opportunity to catch up with your friends and colleagues! In addition to being a great day in the sun, the Annual Golf Outing is the major source of funding for the SDES Eastern Chapter Scholarship Program. Even if you don't golf, you can still support the scholarship fund by sponsoring a hole, joining us for lunch, purchasing a book of raffle tickets, or by making a monetary donation to the scholarship fund.

To speed check in at the golf course, we request that you make all raffle, meal and golf related purchases online. Please pay online when you register or complete payment prior to the August 27th.

Hole Sponsors: Thank you for your support! Please purchase your hole sponsorship separately in the registration portal by August 13th, so we have time to make your sign. Payment must be made in advance of the event for sponsorship signs to be placed on the course. After purchasing a hole sponsorship, simply return to the registration page to purchase golf, dinner, or raffle tickets.

Raffle Donors: Thank you for your donation! If you or your firm would like to donate a raffle prize, contact the SDES office at Executive@NSPE-SDES.org or 605.951.1004. Please let us know as soon as possible, so your donation can be posted on the website.

Golfers: The two-person best ball event will kick off with a shotgun start at 9 am. Flights will be based on handicap scores. Golfers must be at the course no later than 8:30 am to grab breakfast and load up. Pin and flight prizes will be awarded during lunch. Again, golf registration closes Thursday, August 20th. If you need to purchase your golf tickets separately from your golf, simply purchase the Golf and Lunch or Golf Only option, and then log back in and purchase your raffle tickets with a separate registration.

Those joining for Lunch Only: Even if you don't golf you can join us for the socialization, raffle drawings, and lunch! In previous years, golfers have made it through the course faster than expected, please plan on being at the course by at least 12:30 pm to watch the last golfers come in and to be in time for lunch and the raffle drawing. Lunch registration closes Thursday, August 20th.

Raffle Ticket Purchasers: Please purchase your raffle tickets online in advance for your chance at phenomenal prizes! Typical raffle prizes include weekend getaways, gift cards, coolers, golf bags, gift baskets, and more. You need not be present to win, but should at least be available by phone at the time of the drawing to select your prize. Raffle prizes will be awarded during lunch, which may start as early as 12:30 pm.

Please Note: We will not be giving out door prizes this year. Please join with your office, friends, classmates are other and donate a raffle item. We look forward to some creative raffle items!
