VENDOR REGISTRATION - $300 - Each vendor table purchased includes one full conference attendance registration to all sessions and all food, as well as being listed in the conference program. If more than one person per booth plans on attending, they must register (full conference, 1st day, lunch only, or 2nd day) in advance to receive nametags. Each booth will include a table and two chairs. Power is available. The vendor hall is located in the Lobby Concourse.
Security: The vendor area will be secured when the exhibit is closed.
Set Up: 12:00 – 5:00 pm on April 26 and 7:00 – 9:00 am on April 27
Exhibits Open: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on April 27 and 9:00 am to 10:30 am on April 28
Take Down: Exhibits must be taken down by 1:00 pm on April 28
SPONSORSHIPS – All vendors, sponsors and advertisers will be included within the conference program and on display boards. Please send your company logo to Gail Boddicker at gail.boddicker@sdsmt.edu no later than April 7, 2017.

ADVERTISEMENTS Advertising space is available in the conference brochure at the rates listed below. Conference brochure is printed on 8.5” x 11” paper and folded in half lengthwise. Advertisements must be formatted by size you choose. JPGs are preferable but PDF is acceptable. Please email the advertisement to gail.boddicker@sdsmt.edu by April 7, 2017.
